Hive is inviting applications for a Head of Growth to lead product-first demand generation for the business, working in conjunction with our brand and content team.

Key responsibilities and abilities include:

-Demonstrated mastery of multi-channel media strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and campaign optimization

  • Develop and own strategy for performance marketing campaigns across FB, display, social

  • Experience with designing successful viral loop strategies

  • Identify, build and execute media strategies on high value segments focused on conversion and ROI

  • Lead quantitative and qualitative insights, including key inputs and reporting; monitoring growth trends and measuring all marketing campaigns

-Proven ability to oversee marketing technology, customer journey, multi-touch attribution, and cross-channel ad sequencing

  • Superior organizational skills needed to execute and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment

  • Great-to-have: technical skills to run small tech-enabled projects
