About the team:

As a member of the Growth + Product Marketing team, you will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure everyone is properly educated on product positioning and messaging. As a Senior PMM, you will translate new product features into must-have mobile marketing products via sales materials, product pages, one-sheeters and marketing campaigns that effectively train internal teams and resonate with our target market. Most importantly, you’ll be the link that ensures the product we build resonates with the people we’re building it for.


This role is eligible for full-time remote work in one of our entities: CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MN, MO, NJ, NV, OR, TX, UT, and WA. We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and NYC


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft product release strategy
  • Build successful relationships with key stakeholders on both the commercial and technical sides of the business
  • Manage a schedule that allows you to engage with employees from all key three regions - North & South America, Europe and Asia
  • Concept, plan and launch product marketing campaigns
  • Break technical documents and briefs into messaging that resonates with internal and external customers
  • Use customer and competitive research to influence product strategy as well as drive effective messaging
  • Generate high quality product-related content for customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders including emails, blogs, case studies, landing pages, one sheeters and more
  • Manage internal product marketing communications
  • Apply an analytical and data-first approach to product marketing activities


  • 5+ years of hands-on product marketing experience in the ad tech industry, preferably mobile ad tech
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • A well rounded portfolio of product marketing work you can proudly show off
  • You have built, driven, and managed go-to-market plans across multiple channels
  • You are a passionate self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with WordPress and Hubspot, or similar tool

Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate location and experience. The following are our base salary ranges for this role:

  • SF Bay Area, New York City, Los Angeles, Orange County: $120,000 - $130,000
  • Seattle/Olympia, Austin, Boston, San Diego, Santa Barbara: $110,400 - $119,600
  • All other cities in our approved to hire states: $103,200 - $111,800
