Mission of the Role
Design, build, and write high-performing engagement campaign assets that power meaningful mobile app and digital customer experiences.
This role transforms campaign strategy into polished, technically sound executions across mobile app messaging (in-app, push, mobile web) within the Localytics platform. This is not a production-only role. You operate at the intersection of creative, code, and conversion, building experiences that are visually strong, technically clean, and performance-driven.

Role Scope & Responsibilities
Creative Copywriting & UX Execution
- Designing customer-facing campaign assets for mobile app experiences (in-app messaging, push, rich push, mobile web)
- Translating campaign strategies into polished, on-brand creative
- Applying UX/UI best practices to optimize clarity, usability, and conversion within mobile environments
- Creating modular, reusable components to scale delivery
Technical Build & Quality
- Building assets using HTML, CSS, and working knowledge of JavaScript
- Translating designs into clean, responsive, cross-device compatible code
- Ensuring proper rendering across mobile devices, operating systems, and email clients
- Proactively identifying and resolving technical or rendering issues
- Incorporating accessibility and performance best practices
Messaging & Experimentation
- Writing concise, conversion-focused messaging aligned to enterprise brand standards
- Creating structured variations to support A/B testing and varying levels of sophisticated personalization
- Designing creative with experimentation and performance improvement in mind
Collaboration & Process
- Partnering with Customer Success and Professional Services to support launches and optimization
- Contributing templates and documentation to improve efficiency
- Using AI thoughtfully to accelerate production and iteration
- Maintaining strong QA discipline across all deliverables

Capabilities You Possess
- Strong HTML and CSS skills; working knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience designing and building for mobile experiences
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-device rendering
- Ability to write clear, compelling marketing copy across industries
- Strong instinct for clarity, hierarchy, and calls to action
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
- Effective collaborator in a global, remote, cross-functional environment with enterprise client standards
