Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Commercial Operations. The Director of Commercial Operations will work closely with the CEO, providing high-level strategic support to drive organizational goals. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving revenue goals via new customers, existing customer expansions, partnerships, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have B2B sales startup experience
• Strong operating experience
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience with creating reports and executive presentations
• Executive presence
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or autism/behavioral health is preferred
