Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief of Staff to the CEO. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO, providing high-level strategic support to drive organizational goals. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking organizational priorities, preparing reports and presentations, and acting as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will also contribute to decision-making by conducting research, analyzing data, and managing special projects critical to the company's mission and strategy.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience with creating reports and executive presentations
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of data analysis, research, and business operations
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic, and mission-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or autism/behavioral health is preferred
