Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technical Project Manager, based on the West Coast. The individual will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of various technical projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring milestone completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to track progress and address challenges effectively. Very specifically, you will have to join all Customer Launch and Success Meetings, consolidate priorities, and share back with the Engineering Team. You are largely internal facing and will work with both the non-technical and technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Ability to understand priorities, consolidate, and summarize for our engineering team
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Experience in Program Management and Project Management, including defining goals, tracking deliverables, and meeting deadlines
  • Team Leadership abilities to coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Proven ability to work independently and in remote environments
  • Background in technology, software development, or healthcare is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
