The Role

We’re hiring a TikTok Content & Community Manager to own, grow, and activate our TikTok presence as a top priority. This is a creator-style role—perfect for someone who lives on TikTok, knows how to spot trends before they peak, and can turn everyday family chaos into scroll-stopping content.

What You’ll Do

• Be the creative driver of Ohai.ai’s TikTok: ideate, film, edit, and post content that makes parents stop, laugh, and share.
• Jump on trends quickly—but always keep it authentic to moms, dads, and families.
• Be the face (or the behind-the-camera genius) that shapes our TikTok vibe.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to tie content into launches, campaigns, and community conversations.
• Engage with comments, creators, and communities to spark real dialogue.
• Track what’s working, double down on it, and keep the content feeling fresh.

What We’re Looking For

• A true TikTok native who loves the platform and knows what makes content pop.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or your tool of choice).
• A creative brain: you can script, shoot, edit, and produce content end-to-end.
• Bonus points if you’re tuned into parenting culture.
• Comfortable being on-camera—or directing others who are.
• Startup energy: scrappy, proactive, and pumped to help build a breakout brand from the ground up.
