The Role

This is a generalist, roll-up-your-sleeves internship. You’ll work across content, growth, and product support—sometimes all in the same day. There will be clear goals, but not always clear instructions. And that’s intentional.

Examples of what you might work on:

• Finding, evaluating, and organizing learning content

• Creating daily puzzles, trivia, or challenges for our newsletter

• Supporting experiments in growth, onboarding, or engagement

• Doing research, cleanup, and other essential parts of building a product

• Jumping into whatever is most useful that week

Who This is For

You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:

• Are excited by early-stage startups and want to see how things are built at the earliest stages

• Are comfortable with ambiguity and don’t freeze when instructions are incomplete

• Like getting into the weeds and finishing real work, not just talking about it

• Can switch contexts quickly and juggle different kinds of tasks

• Care about learning, education, or knowledge in a broad sense

You do not need to be an expert. You do need to be curious, reliable, and proactive.

Skills & Experience

Helpful, but not required:

• Writing or editing experience

• Research or content curation

• Comfortable using AI as a thinking or making tool

• Basic scripting, scraping, or automation

What matters more than any specific skill is follow-through and good instincts.
