Senior Enterprise Strategic Account Manager

About the Role
Nirvana is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow one of our largest and most strategic enterprise healthcare technology clients. This role carries end-to-end ownership of the customer relationship, from executive alignment and complex stakeholder management to product launch, adoption, and multi-year revenue expansion.
As a senior leader on the commercial team, you’ll own the full account lifecycle, blending account management and customer success to drive expansion, growth, and revenue outcomes. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shape strategic plans, and partner across teams to deliver measurable business impact. Success requires sharp judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and a proven ability to exceed revenue targets in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall strategy, health, and growth of a large, enterprise healthcare account
Serve as the executive-level relationship owner, engaging with senior and C-suite stakeholders
Lead complex onboarding and launch efforts, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful execution
Develop and execute an annual account growth strategy focused on expansion, new use cases, and increased revenue
Own and exceed revenue targets for the account, including retention and expansion goals
Identify, scope, and close expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
Use data and insights to monitor adoption, forecast growth, identify risks, and inform strategic decisions
Navigate and influence complex organizational dynamics within a large healthcare client
Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap, prioritization, and go-to-market strategy
Mentor and provide guidance to more junior account managers as needed
Success Metrics
Successful onboarding and enterprise-scale launch of Nirvana’s product
Deep, trusted executive relationships across the client organization
Sustained product adoption across multiple teams and workflows
Expansion into new use cases resulting in meaningful revenue growth
Consistent achievement and overachievement of assigned revenue targets
Strong internal cross-functional alignment and execution
What We’re Looking For
7+ years managing large, complex enterprise accounts with executive and C suite level stakeholders
Track record of driving account growth, expansion, and strategic outcomes
Consistently owned and exceeded revenue targets across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
Experience working in a small, fast-paced startup environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategy and decision-making
Healthcare industry experience, ideally with enterprise health systems or healthcare technology companies
Experience working with very large healthcare clients and navigating complex buying committees
Background in sales, customer success, or strategic partnerships
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and influence skills
