We are looking for an Experience and Events Accelerator
Total compensation ranges from £52,000-£80,500, including a fixed annual salary of £48,000-£73,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
About the role:
Be the Accelerator who turbocharges efficiency. In this role, you’ll apply AI and automation to solve complex operational challenges across departments – from Go-To-Market Operations to Marketing and Finance to HR and Analytics. Instead of tolerating repetitive tasks, you’ll build automated solutions that make work faster and smarter. If you love working across different business areas, experimenting with new tech, and making a behind-the-scenes impact, this role puts you at the forefront of Rokt’s AI transformation. To get you started, you will go through a highly curated onboarding program to understand how Rokt’s products and business operates, to give you the context for acceleration.

We are hiring for Accelerators to support many departments across the business including: People, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Legal, Solutions, Client Success.
What You’ll Do
- Streamline & Automate: Identify inefficiencies and manual processes across the company (Ops, Finance, HR, Legal, etc.). Design and implement automated workflows or tools (using AI) to save time and reduce errors.
- Build Internal Tools: Create and deploy AI-assisted tools that help teams make better, faster decisions and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with stakeholders company-wide to understand their needs and pain points. Lead cross-functional initiatives and secure buy-in for new processes or systems that benefit multiple teams.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor the impact of your solutions and continuously refine them. Establish best practices and documentation so improvements stick and scale across the organization.
- Get Trained at Speed: You will go through a curated onboarding program to learn the ins and outs of Rokt’s platform. This will involve doing the work that is manual today, to get the context on how to build automation to solve it. This is your foundation for acceleration.
