The RoleWe’re hiring our first Sales Development Rep—a foundational team member who will contribute meaningfully to pipeline generation to expand our footprint with clinical research, specialty care providers, Life Sciences companies and health systems.
We have no shortage of enthusiastic customers, or meaningful ROI stories, so your role is to open doors and shape the ways these stories are heard.
You’ll partner closely with others on the go-to-market team to drive our frontline strategy by identifying and qualifying new leads.
Core Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, conferences, and networking.
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and articulate our value proposition.
- Schedule meetings and demos, maintaining accurate, visible records
- Collaborate with the go-to-market team on outbound messaging and marketing materials
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Provide suggestions for new sales opportunities
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries; SAAS, AI, and Health Information Management experience preferred
- Proven track record hitting or exceeding monthly/ quarterly targets
- You thrive on outbound, and you know how to get in the door
- Deep curiosity about healthcare, with bonus points for experience in clinical research, EHRs, health data, and the evolving landscape of AI Health products
- Excited about the variability, dynamic, and ambiguity that is an early-stage company
- Exceptional at record keeping and pipeline management within a CRM
- Able to travel occasionally to attend key industry events
- You’ll be a foundational member of a high-growth, high-impact team; your voice will be heard, and it matters
- You’ll sell a differentiated service with real-world traction and a clear ROI
- Your work will directly influence patient access to cutting-edge research and care
The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
$120,000 - $150,000 USD
The estimated base salary range (not including bonus/commission) for this role is:
$60,000 - $75,000 USD
