We are meMR (“me-emm-arr”) health. On the Machine Learning team, we play a key role in automating the retrieval and analysis of medical records for our clients. We are a small yet high-performing team that leverages a variety of traditional and emerging AI/ML techniques to solve problems for our customers. We are seeking to expand our team by adding a Senior ML Engineer to help execute key business objectives.

• >= 8 years of experience working with AI/ML in a business setting
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• ML model evaluation (including LLM evals)
• ML system design and orchestration
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS/EKS, EC2, SQS, and s3
• You have personally deployed >= 1 ML or LLM system to production in a business setting
• You have personally released a model you trained to production in a business setting
• Familiarity with Docker
• Familiarity with git

• [Bonus++] An advanced degree (MS, PhD) in a quantitative or scientific field
• [Bonus+] experience performing data engineering and analysis tasks
• [Bonus] experience fine-tuning large language models and/or vision-language models



• Build, train, evaluate, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions
