When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days / week in our office, 53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009 Paris.
Role overview
As a standalone iOS developer within your team, you will enjoy high autonomy while benefiting from a tight-knit community of engineers across the organization. You will be responsible for building new features and refining the user experience, balancing high-quality standards with the flexibility to navigate and improve our existing codebase.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Develop new features, test, and maintain our iOS applications in collaboration with your team and the iOS community.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development and share with the iOS community during community days.
We could be a match if:
- 3+ years of experience in iOS development.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
- Proficiency in Swift and experience with SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Familiarity with Swift Concurrency and Combine.
- Familiarity with Swift Package Manager for dependency management and modular app development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and experience with tools like Fastlane.
- Good English skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

- Cross-functional & Specialized: The team consists of dedicated developers for each platform (iOS, Android, Web, and Backend), alongside a QA engineer, a Designer, a Product Manager, and an Engineering Manager.
- Collaborative Innovation: We are involved early in the analysis phase to brainstorm and implement the most effective technical solutions.

Interview Process:
A first 30 min Zoom conversation with Guillaume (Recruiter)
A 60 min Zoom meeting with José (Senior iOS Developer) and Guillaume (Engineering Manager)
A 60 min onsite or Zoom interview with Farid (Director) and Belinda (People Manager)
