Develop and execute an overall social media content strategy for Hyperconnect brands, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.
Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of high-frequency content (visuals, video, and copy) across social media platforms.
Lead social media efforts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), driving brand engagement, brand awareness, and community growth
Develop content calendars, monitor the latest ongoing trends, create engaging content, and implement innovative engagement strategies.
Track and analyze performance, using data insights to refine strategies and provide key reports on growth and engagement
Manage influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and agency or freelancer relationships to scale content production
Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep brands competitive

+4 years of experience as a social media creator, social media content marketing and/or social media channel management
Strong understanding of Gen Z trends and platforms like TikTok
Ability to quickly apply Gen Z trends to our owned social media channels
Exceptional visual content creation and storytelling skills (English)
Strong leadership in managing social media channels and brand voice
Hands-on experience in video and visual production, copy writing, social account management, etc.
Experience with reporting and performance analysis
Native-level fluency in English (minimum qualification)
Business fluency in Korea (preferred qualification)
Bachelor’s degree
