The Match Group Core Services team is on a mission to create safe and authentic communities for all. The Central Platforms team is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to execute the product strategy for our integrated suite of services that power authentication and verification across Match Group. The ideal candidate has the business acumen to evaluate and execute identity and auth priorities that impact the Match Group brands and the technical background to have collaborative, in-depth discussions with engineers & technology partners.
We are flexible and offer full remote or hybrid working models as options to accommodate our team. Match Group is headquartered in Dallas, TX, with offices in LA and New York.

In this role you will:

  • You'll lead product discovery, prioritization and execution of new features, enhancements, and optimizations that maximize the ROI of our suite of identity and authentication services.
  • You'll clearly communicate the vision and roadmap to senior management and key stakeholders; ensuring alignment with the company-wide identity and authentication objectives.
  • You'll create product specifications with clear business justification, technical requirements, and user flows that speak to the needs across the entire portfolio. Provide training to internal customers on how to utilize the services.
  • You'll collaborate with Match Group properties across the globe to align partners on strategies that maximize the impact and efficiency of product teams while solving underlying identity and authentication concerns.
  • You'll develop metrics to measure the success of service changes, analyze results, and use analysis to inform further iterations.
  • You'll manage data accessibility for reporting purposes, designing dashboards to communicate KPIs to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • You'll drive internal process improvements; provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance.
  • You'll assess emerging products to measure potential value to the organization. Provide recommendations for new technologies; support third-party vendor communications, evaluations, and integrations. Liaison among business partners, technical resources and vendors.
  • You'll grow with the Match Group Central Platforms team by supporting internal initiatives to uplift our people, processes, and presence.

We could be a Match if you have:

  • You have 5+ years of product management, software development or related experience in an agile environment.
  • You have experience delivering Identity & Authentication products from inception to launch; domain knowledge in Account Integrity, Fraud Detection and Prevention.
  • You have experience supporting business-critical systems for multinational customers at scale in a B2B environment. B2B2C experience preferred.
  • You have the ability to qualify how API services deliver value from a product perspective.
  • You have an expert working knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack.
  • You have the ability to structure problem-solving approaches and bring multiple solutions to solving complex problems.
  • You have experience developing processes for sharing information and insights across large organizations.
  • You have experience working with third party technology providers.
  • You have experience working with large datasets for planning and analysis, experience with analytics tools such as SQL and BI software a plus.
  • You have equal comfort communicating to business stakeholders and engineers; ability to tailor the message appropriately to the audience.
  • You have ease with building trust with cross-functional stakeholders through integrity, honesty, authenticity, and drive.
  • You have the ability to demonstrate proactiveness and perseverance in complex and constantly evolving environments.
