Join and lead an Ops team consisting of DevOps Engineers and System Engineers with the objective of building and maintaining infrastructure, developing deployment pipelines, and providing operational support and strategic recommendations to business teams.
The Stack: Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Linux, Gitlab, AWS, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch
Organization and Methodologies: Squad & Product Team, Scrum, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Behavior-Driven Development, Test-Driven Development, AB Testing, KPI driven
Missions:
- Manage a team of DevOps Engineers and System Engineers (approximately a dozen people)
- Plan and organize the execution of complex projects by actively collaborating with product managers, business teams, and other technical teams (DBA and Datawarehouse)
- Foster a culture of feedback within the team through actions from retrospectives and necessary improvements for team efficiency
- Challenge technical decisions, help team members grow technically, and assist the team in achieving their goals by helping unblock technical situations
- Create an environment that encourages initiative, autonomy, a sense of belonging, and performance
- Ensure IT requirements (architecture, quality, security, monitoring) are considered in developments
- Participate in the development of product requirements (product discussions, technical specifications, etc.)
- Recruit to ensure team staffing meets current and future needs
- Global Convergence Project: Participate in a global convergence project involving other brands of the group, and manage tactical projects with US-based teams
- Infrastructure: Our main infrastructure is on-prem while we operate approximately 10-15% on AWS
Hard Skills:
- You hold a degree in computer science or have equivalent professional experience You have at least 8-10 years of professional experience and at least 4-5 years of management experience
- You have strong knowledge of the entire lifecycle of an infrastructure project, large-scale data handling, and the industrialization of solutions based on Kubernetes and LinuxYou master best architectural practices in operations
- You have managed DevOps Engineers or System Engineers with various levels of experience
- You are recognized for your ability to communicate both orally and in writing, your team spirit, and your ability to analyze and solve problems
- In an international multicultural context, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Hands-On Expertise: You are hands-on with a strong willingness to engage in technical tasks and solve complex problems directly when necessary
Soft Skills:
- You are passionate about operations and the use of infrastructure to support the strategic decisions of the company
- You listen to your team members, have the ability to unite and grow your team
- You work effectively with business people, know how to explain technical constraints, and do everything to find solutions while being adaptable when necessary (managing technical debt, incident management, etc.)
- You have strong organizational and prioritization skills
- You easily adapt to people and any environment
- You are rigorous, curious, and have long adopted an agile approach

Hiring process:
- A first 30-min Zoom call with Maxime, Talent Acquisition Manager
- A 60 min technical interview with Rémi, Director, Ops Engineering and Rémy, Systems & Network Architect
- A final 60 min Zoom call interview : 30 min with Belinda, People Manager and 30 min with Sajid, E&E, SVP Operations
On your initial days, the HR Team and your team will make sure you start under excellent conditions.

WFH Policy: Hybrid, between 2 and 3 days at the office per week required
