Our Mission
As humans, there are few things more exciting than meeting someone new. At Tinder, we’re inspired by the challenge of keeping the magic of human connection alive. With tens of millions of users, hundreds of millions of downloads, 2+ billion swipes per day, 20+ million matches per day, and a presence in 190+ countries, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing.
We work together to solve complex problems. Behind the simplicity of every match, we think deeply about human relationships, behavioral science, network economics, AI and ML, online and real-world safety, cultural nuances, loneliness, love, sex, and more.
About the Role
The Revenue Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to grow and optimize the funnel of payers into our suite of premium products. You will own the roadmap for driving incremental revenue growth in this role, leveraging Tinder's outstanding user experience and global reach. • Analyze member data and metrics to measure the business results and find opportunities to evolve.
  • Build alignment with cross-functional partners: engineers, marketers, analysts, content writers, and designers.
  • Learn the dynamics of the Tinder ecosystem, understand the psychology of our users, and identify their product needs.

You’ll need:

  • At least 5+ years of professional working experience as a Product Manager, preferably on user-facing consumer experiences
  • A passion for data and can prioritize using a combination of data and product intuition.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect a strategy to a set of customer problems to a group of metrics to features in a logical chain.
  • Experience defining metrics and making product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing and qualitative feedback.
  • Experience working with user growth products.
  • A deep understanding of the product growth space, both from an academic perspective and real-world implementations.
  • A University degree, ideally with technical or business background or a mix of education experience, is a plus, not required.

As a full-time employee, you’ll enjoy:
