About the Role:
Hinge is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a fully staffed, cross-functional team of designers, data scientists, user researchers and engineers and build tools that help millions of daters efficiently find meaningful connections on Hinge. In this role, you’ll drive the revenue strategy for a global company and own the P&L from a product and business standpoint.
Hinge’s mission is to help people find love with strong principles on how we monetize without degrading the free user experience. At Hinge, we believe in helping our most intentioned paying users find what they are looking for sooner. As a Lead Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with our executive leaders and finance team on roadmaps that ensure we meet our annual targets as well as maintain consistent communication with Hinge’s external stakeholders on revenue progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership: In this role you will be a leader within Growth, expected to work at the highest levels of the company to gain executive buy-in and sponsorship of your roadmap and project proposals. This role also involves close collaboration with our Finance leadership to meet our financial goals for the year.
  • Product Strategy: Define and iterate Hinge’s end-to-end strategy for monetizing our product, while maintaining a first-class experience for free users and aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, regularly aligning with stakeholders.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across the organization from partner teams to executives.
  • Feature Development: Lead and collaborate cross functionally on the ideation, design, technical development and launch of optimizations and new capabilities that will help users date more efficiently while helping Hinge drive new revenue
  • Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to track the performance of the defenses your team creates and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other product teams, design, data, research, engineering teams to ensure alignment, and effective execution. Also, Partner with Hinge’s Finance team to help estimate how planned projects will map to Hinge’s financial targets

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2C tech company or experience driving quantitative business objectives
  • Product and Business sense to understand revenue levers from a product perspective
  • Proven outcome focused delivery: A track record of leading projects from ideation through completion with quantifiable and measurable outcomes.
  • Time management and prioritization: Ability to prioritize the highest ROI projects and tasks to maximize impact
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally, persuade others and influence outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to drive product strategy, roadmap, specs as well as consensus and communication across cross functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Ability to/ experience in navigating delivery with high level of visibility from Executive and other senior leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a strong outcome focused, dynamic environment.
