A little about the role
As the VH Brand Manager, you’ll be working on a very exciting new venture as part of an agile, entrepreneurial team backed by the support of the leading dating app company in the world, Match Group. This is a rare opportunity to work on a new product in a cutting edge segment of the industry.You will own the strategy and execution of all always-on paid and organic digital content including Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok static and video, as well as Google UAC. You will also ensure all content required for other ad platforms including Apple and Google Play stores are designed to drive the brand’s positioning and messaging, and delivered on time. This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and will collaborate in brand planning and is responsible for the execution of any brand campaigns, events and partnership opportunities.
So, what will you actually do?
- Take full ownership of the always-on digital performance design and copy creative for all channels including FB, IG, TikTok, Google, Apple and Google Play stores, as derived from the greater brand vision and planning
- Strategize and execute the social media strategy and content on all organic channels, as informed by the topline brand strategy
- Support the execution of brand and PR campaigns, and special projects as needed Manage the day-to-day and task list for any contractors supporting creative content development, which may include a designer and copywriter
- Plan, maintain and execute the marketing calendar and the brand guidelines with the support of the Senior Director of Marketing
- Act as the Brand Liaison, working cross-functionally (product, digital, legal) to bring Marketing and Brand objectives to life
- Track brand and campaign metrics, develop post-mortems as necessary
- Support Senior Director of Marketing in any other capacity as required
You'll be a match for this role if you have…
- Undergraduate degree with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in a marketing capacity
- Passion and knowledge for brand and marketing
- Good understanding of brand marketing principles and digital marketing channels
- Familiar with digital marketing campaign development, metrics and analysisAffinity for analytics and experience using consumer insights to drive strategy and familiar with consumer research tactics
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Great team player and all-around good human being
- Experience with creative design tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop is a plus
- Passion and talent for copywriting - definitely a bonusExperience in the tech industry
