Sr. Marketing Manager, North America, will focus on enhancing marketing capabilities across Hyperconnect and its products/brands in North America. Hyperconnect is part of Match Group, renowned for Tinder and Hinge. The Sr. Marketing Manager will work closely with the product marketing teams and collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategies, market positioning and branding for Hyperconnect and its respective products/brands. This manager will provide marketing insights to stakeholders based on customer and competitive data analysis. They will engage in decision making of Hyperconnect’s marketing direction in North America.
Responsibilities:
- Set marketing strategy for further growth of Hyperconnect and its brands in North America.
- Define differentiated brand positioning and execute multiple campaigns to build the brand and achieve growth, via owned (e.g. PR, social, email/notifications) and paid channels.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, including country investment strategies, partnerships, and media strategy.
- Monitors the development of marketing plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with a creative agency to develop marketing campaigns and implement plans.
- Drive communications strategy to deliver proactive PR tactics.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams within Hyperconnect and Match Group
- Manage marketing budget and external contractors/agencies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in overall marketing functional areas (especially in IT industry)
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Strategic, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native level proficiency in English
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in online dating or live streaming business
