Match Group is a leading provider of dating products available globally. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Match, OkCupid, Hinge, PlentyOfFish, and many others, each designed to help singles find a meaningful connection.
In this role, you will lead the evolution and refinement of Match Group’s look, feel, and tone across all touchpoints. You will be a strategic thought partner and collaborator to the business, helping to identify opportunities to shape the visual story of the company. You will own and execute against all projects and channels, including campaigns, activations, partnerships, social media, presentations, websites, and more.
***This role is a hybrid position. We work IRL in our Dallas office three days a week***

How you'll make an impact:

  • You'll strategize and direct the development of the creative and visual narrative at MG, striving for excellence at every stage of a project from concept through completion. Owns Match Group’s external and internal brand guidelines.
  • You'll shape, articulate, and execute the MG visual and tonal brand across all internal and external touchpoints. Owns hands-on execution of all deliverables.
  • You'll manage and oversee Match Group's creative assets, including brand logos, templates, and presentation materials, assuring materials are up to date across the Match Group portfolio.
  • You'll act as the main point of contact for inbound questions and requests about assets. Consults with creative leadership, as well as account service, traffic, and other MG team members as necessary to achieve company objectives.
  • You'll manage the work of vendors as needed to deliver quality collateral at effective cost.

We could be a match if:

  • You have 8+ years of experience.
  • You have experience as part of an in-house creative team (vs agency-only) - knowing how to productively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • You have outstanding interpersonal, executive communication, leadership, and management skills - with the ability to define strategy as well as inspire through influence as an independent contributor.
  • You have superior decision-making skills.
  • You have excellent creative and conceptual skills, including a highly developed overall design/concept/copy aptitude.
  • You have a portfolio of elevated brand work, with strong aesthetic and clear tone.
  • You have high productivity and considered to be a high volume doer.
