We are currently looking for a full life-cycle Recruiter(Contractor) to join our growing team. You will be responsible as Recruiter in Eureka/Tinder Japan & Korea/Match Group Japan. In order to support our business growth, You will contribute as a recruiter to carry some reqs and deliver the result. In Addition, you will contribute to drive Talent Acquisition Key initiatives such as Sourcing (both Direct and Indirect), Recruiting Operation, KPI management. This job requires in-house recruitment experience, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand company’s culture and employees in order to propose candidates;
Perform full life-cycle recruiting with ability to source, screen, interview and close candidates
Dedicatedly research and identify sourcing techniques for identifying top talent
Parter with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, assess and adjust talent requirements with certain flexibility.
Use creative techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent in the Tech & Product field.
Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience.
Be willing to learn and share about industry trends as well as market competitors.; and be able to share the insights with hiring managers.
Operate recruitment tools (SNS, Linkedin etc.).
Experience & Qualification:
3+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience either in-house or agency
Great to experience stakeholder management
Preferable experience in IT/tech company
Have a knowledge of whole recruiting process management with KPI
Have experience researching and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
