We are looking for a Business Development Senior Manager EMEA to originate and manage successful partnerships that further enhances its brand, provide increased value to its users and contributes to revenue growth.
The role will be responsible for leading and running all aspects of the business development process, from lead identification, alignment with HQ, and qualification through to program launch and partner relationships management. Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills are required, as well as a consistent track record in taking care of senior executives, within the EMEA, mobile, and media arena.

In this role you will:

  • Devise a strategy to further the overall business and the brand of Tinder in the region. This includes identifying and prioritising the key markets, verticals, and opportunities best aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Work very closely with the Global Business Development team in identifying, structuring, negotiating and closing partnership opportunities, that deliver against both Revenue & Brand KPIs, with strategic partners, such as mobile network operators, third party app stores, consumer and lifestyle brands
  • Actively manage current partners - ensure co-marketing campaigns are run effectively, that KPIs are exceeded and identify opportunities for further improvement
  • Help acquire new partners, co-develop business cases and marketing plans with them. Subsequently on-board new partners and ensure successful partnership delivery
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including regional country leads within EMEA - in addition to Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product teams based at Global HQ (Los Angeles) - sharing best practices and learning from other initiatives globally

We're looking for:

  • At least +7 years of business development and partnerships experience, gained within a Consumer Technology business, start up business, or another high growth consumer environment
  • Experience in developing partnerships with mobile network operators, third party app stores, consumer and lifestyle brands is beneficial
  • A deep interest and understanding of Gen Z culture across EMEA
  • Fluency in English - other European language skills also welcome
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related subject desired
  • Outstanding presentation, communication and analytical skills - comfortable with pitching to both external & internal stakeholders; and in developing data driven business cases
  • A team player who is a self-starter and enjoys working with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Experience handling complex projects from concept to delivery by working cross-functionally
  • Must be comfortable with cold emails and approaching potential new partners for Tinder
  • Experience working alongside creative and/or marketing colleagues to deliver projects
  • Experience working with international partners across different languages and cultures
