Be the Ultimate Right Hand to Our CEO!
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional support to our CEO, ensuring a seamless and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic role that combines executive assistance, office management, and project coordination.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Executive Support – Manage complex scheduling, calendars, and appointments for professional commitments. Anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Special Projects – Take ownership of ad hoc projects from the CEO, moving them forward with little oversight and collaborating with internal teams when needed.
- Cross-functional Coordination – Ghost has two CEOs; you will work closely with our other executive EA to partner with department heads on high-priority initiatives and support internal alignment across teams.
- Confidentiality & Judgment – Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and strong decision-making.
- Keep our HQ humming – Serve as our office operations guru, making sure supplies are stocked and everything runs like clockwork in tandem with the other executive EA.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader, gain exposure to many facets of the business, and play a key role in helping our team scale with intention. Ideally, this candidate is interested in fashion and retail, with a desire to learn and grow into an account manager or brand partnerships role!
