We are seeking a scrappy, action-oriented and strategic Business Operations Associate (Wholesale) to help grow our wholesale team. Working directly with team leadership, this role will lead growth initiatives and solve complicated, unstructured problems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both identifying growth levers and leading cross-functional initiatives to grow revenue and operational efficiency. This role is a terrific way to get your hands dirty and have outsized impact, while contributing to critical initiatives. This is an in-office role either in our New York or Los Angeles locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead key growth initiatives to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue. This can range from product operations and data analysis to business development and sales.
  • Proactively identify inhibitors to growth and find ways to solve them.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of SOPs and Best Practices across the business.
  • Define and measure critical business metrics
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to maximize revenue and efficiency
  • Work closely with sales, product, finance, and logistics teams for cross-functional projects

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in consulting, VC, or a fast-growing startup
  • Low ego - excited to do anything it takes to help us grow. No task is too big or too small.
  • Scrappy mentality - willing to get their hands dirty and dive in.
  • Curious to learn about different parts of the business and how to pull certain levers to grow faster
  • Able to move remarkably fast with little structure or oversight
  • Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems using data and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a marketplace or a two-sided platform
  • Experience or passion for retail
  • SQL & Dashboard experience

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 based on experience.
