On the Strategic Operations team, you will work with the Head of Strategy and Operations on strategic planning and execution. Your role will be dedicated to strategic planning and operationalizing execution of strategic initiatives. Strategic planning includes identification of opportunities for innovation and efficiency and reviewing department initiative proposals for funding. Operations include development and implementation of processes, policies and procedures; execution, with stakeholders across the organization; and tracking of organizational performance via OKRs and KPIs. This role is in office five days a week in our Los Angeles office.
About the Role:
- Core competency in strategic analysis of opportunities for efficiency and growth within the business
- Market sizing and analysis, competitive landscape, industry trend analysis
- Financial analysis of key performance metrics, including ROI by initiative
- Familiarity with business building, LEAP approach, including principles of product development, go-to-market strategy, and commercialization
- Organization success: ability to execute on business and organizational structure strategy; familiarity with org growth and people management a plus
- Tirage prioritization, strategic manipulation of various levers to drive business proactively as well as responsively to live operations
- Ability to collaborate across revenue, operations, product, marketing, technology, finance, people and corporate development teams
- SQL analytics execution a plus
About You:
- You are hyper-organized with a penchant for long-term visualization
- You have some experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of working quickly and iteratively
- You are scrappy and flexible enough to work in a quickly growing environment
- You are adaptable to strategic priorities and agile operational shifts
- You are a problem solver with strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate on strategy and execution across the business
- You have business acumen, are deeply analytical, and are comfortable understanding and manipulating data to gain and take action on business insights
- Experience in technology, e-commerce, or retail
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Familiarity with creator communities and/or new product categories that are uniquely suited to live e-commerce

Our total compensation for this position can range from $120,000 - $140,000. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
