We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Sales Operations Associate to join our team and support the expansion of our revenue department. If you have a strong penchant for organization and excel at analyzing and manipulating data, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to establish valuable connections within the industry and further develop your project management skills, positioning yourself at the forefront of our department's growth.

This position is 100% in office at our Beverly Hills location.

About the Role

  • Quickly adapt and learn on the fly in this generalist role, supporting all functions across sales, operations, product operations, and brand partnerships.
  • Ensure key deal information is accurately and promptly updated in our CRM and Google Drive, including data and documentation representative of Purchase Orders, packing information, and shipping activities.
  • ​​Create accurate and descriptive Purchase Orders by combining data across our marketplace, buyer preferences, and seller preferences.
  • Organize communication across internal and external teams to support the order process and keep all parties informed.
  • Maintain and manage a dashboard of offers and deals, ensuring a smooth progression from offer submission to shipments.
  • Learn to manage orders from start to finish, from learning buyer and seller preferences for order fulfillment to ensuring orders are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

About You

  • Experience working in a fast-paced operations or retail environment is highly preferred.
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Mindset that no task is too big or too small, with a "make it happen" mentality.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and excellence in execution.
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fast learner, able to pick up new skills quickly across multiple functional areas.

Our total compensation for this position can range from $66,000-$70,000. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
