About the Role:

  • Assume ownership of the entire recruitment scheduling process.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships to provide unparalleled service.
  • Collaborate on interview process optimization and aligning hiring strategies.
  • Proactively build a robust talent pipeline, managing a minimum of six open positions concurrently.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding for hybrid, remote, and in-office workers.
  • Assist with people ops projects such as payroll, new hire experience, and office management.

About You:

  • Seasoned in fast-paced or startup environments, prioritizing speed without compromising on quality hires
  • Minimum 2 years' experience recruitment coordinating for software engineering, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace sectors
  • Proficient in technical discussions, swiftly comprehending business, product, and team dynamic
  • Familiar and comfortable with the challenges of a startup: adapting to constant changes and extended work hours
  • Enthusiastic about recruitment with a focus on scaling headcount rather than strategy

Our total compensation for this position can range from $55,000 to $75,000. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
