What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a senior leader to architect and scale the infrastructure behind Eniac’s platform function – the systems, data, and programs that connect our portfolio, network, and team.

This is a 0-1 role: part strategist, part builder, part operator. You’ll design the systems and tools that make our network intelligent, build the programs and products that power founder success, and weave together the relationships that define Eniac’s edge.

If you’re someone who loves to build from scratch, thrives in ambiguity, and can toggle between high-level design and hands-on execution, you’ll shape one of the most foundational parts of how Eniac operates.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help to define and lead the strategy for how Eniac scales its impact across our portfolio and network – building the systems, data, and programs that power everything from GTM support to fundraising to founder experience.

You’ll have the space and autonomy to architect this function from the ground up, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution. In collaboration with the rest of the team, you’ll set direction, identify priorities, and make Eniac’s platform capabilities a measurable differentiator for founders.

This might include:

• Designing the infrastructure. Build and own the systems that connect Eniac’s network, portfolio, and team; centralizing data, creating visibility, and enabling smarter, faster action.
• Driving insight and leverage. Turn our data into a strategic asset; tracking engagement, surfacing opportunities, and informing how we grow and deploy our network.
• Scaling founder support. Develop and codify programs, playbooks, and tools that help founders with go-to-market, fundraising, and hiring; turning ad-hoc help into repeatable excellence.
• Activating the community. Elevate how we grow and engage our network; refining onboarding, communications, and events to build a world-class founder and operator ecosystem.
• Owning the evolution. Define what “platform” means at Eniac, continually iterating on structure, tooling, and strategy as the firm grows.

Experience we’d love to see:

• Experience in venture platform, strategy, or operations; ideally in a top-tier VC, startup, or technology organization
• A track record of building or scaling systems, tools, or programs from the ground up
• Strong technical literacy: you don’t need to code, but you understand how data flows and how to design for scale
• Strong written communication and able to translate data into insights and insights into action
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with a small, entrepreneurial team where ownership is the default
• Background in GTM or product strategy a plus
• Deep respect for the craft of venture, and the people who make it work: founders, investors, operators
