The Role:

We're a lean, high-impact team that owns the entire growth stack for three apps—performance marketing, creative strategy, analytics, and everything in between.

You'll be the go-to person for a handful of acquisition channels, running day-to-day campaign management, creative testing, and optimization on platforms like Meta and AppLovin. This is a hands-on media buying role where you'll own real budgets, have autonomy, and see your work directly move our acquisition numbers.

This is a fully remote position based anywhere in North or South America.

How You’ll Make an Impact Here:

  • Build, optimize, and maintain app performance marketing campaigns on Paid Social and/or DSP channels

  • Drive efficient new user acquisition to one of our flagship apps

  • Present weekly performance trends and campaign optimization recommendations

  • Execute continuous creative testing to continuously improve campaign performance

  • Spearhead AI research to improve Growth tooling

  • Monitoring and updating project trackers for media buying projects and creative testing

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of app performance marketing experience in AppLovin or Meta

  • 1+ years of experience writing creative briefs for D2C performance marketing ads

  • Hands-on-keyboard campaign management experience of direct-response campaigns

  • Understanding of performance marketing direct-response KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and LTV

  • Experience using Generative AI tools (ex. Nano Banana, Envato, Hedra, etc.) for ad production and Claude AI or ChatGPT for copywriting, concept ideation, and/or performance analysis.

  • Ability to navigate business intelligence tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Tableau

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills

  • A true builder’s mindset: gritty, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity

Compensation:

At The Mind Company, we take a thoughtful and equitable approach to compensation with the goal of offering fair and sustainable salaries to all employees. We use a market-based, pay-for-performance compensation model that we update annually with high-quality industry compensation data.

The full salary range for this role is $55,000-$78,000 USD, but a subset of the range will be used based on each candidate’s location. Final compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and location.

Finally, we believe that people should be paid equitably for their expected (and then actual) contributions rather than negotiation skills. To that end, we give all successful candidates our “first and best” offer, and have a no-negotiation policy. We also provide all employees with consistent opportunities to receive compensation increases in line with their contributions and impact throughout their tenure.
