Data & Analytics Lead
Conduit Health
About Conduit Health
Conduit Health is transforming one of the hardest, most outdated corners of post-acute care — getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients’ homes.
We’ve built the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform that unites ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. We’re the easy button for one of the least-easy parts of managing a chronic condition.
We’ve raised $22M+ from leading venture firms and are scaling fast — building the team that will redefine how post-acute care gets done in the U.S.
The Role: Data & Analytics Lead
Conduit Health is scaling quickly, and our vast reserves of raw data are a critical strategic asset for driving growth and enhancing patient outcomes. We’re seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead to join our team and transform our nascent data foundation into a powerful engine for actionable business intelligence.
As an insights-driven leader, you will own end-to-end analytics, focusing primarily on delivering clear, impactful reporting and strategic analysis that enables smarter, faster decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Analytics Stack: Oversee the end-to-end analytics workflow—from ingesting raw data to building scalable data models, pipelines, and intuitive dashboards—ensuring a trusted, single source of truth for Conduit Health’s business-critical functions.
- Deliver High-Impact Insights: Partner with business stakeholders, including Operations, Product, and leadership, to proactively identify strategic questions, uncover growth opportunities, and shape team priorities through descriptive, diagnostic, prescriptive, and predictive analytics tailored to our pharmacy operations and patient care goals.
- Build Actionable Dashboards: Design and deploy clear, user-friendly dashboards that empower a broad range of stakeholders—from clinical teams to executives—to make fast, evidence-based decisions that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Execute High-Impact Projects: Execute high-impact data science projects to enable smarter product and patient engagement decisions.
- Develop and Maintain a Robust Data Foundation: Collaborate with Engineering to validate, optimize, and scale data pipelines using tools like Python, DBT, SQL, and AWS data technologies. Normalize and warehouse data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
- Champion a Data-First Culture: Lead by example in fostering evidence-based decision-making across Conduit Health. Write clear documentation, guide teams in interpreting and acting on data, and streamline self-service reporting to support multiple teams, including those focused on patient care and pharmacy operations.
- Define and Track Key Metrics: Establish, compute, and continuously validate Conduit Health’s key performance metrics, applying expertise in data mining, data science, and visualization to deliver analytics solutions that drive operational excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure Compliance in a Regulated Industry: Maintain data security and privacy standards, ensuring all analytics processes comply with healthcare-specific regulations like HIPAA, as well as broader data protection laws such as CCPA and GDPR.
- Optimize and Innovate the Tech Stack: Leverage Conduit Health’s existing stack (MongoDB, Fivetran, AWS) while exploring opportunities to migrate or enhance the data infrastructure to improve performance, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with at least 4 years in a healthcare or regulated industry (e.g., pharmacy, digital health, or clinical operations), ideally at a fast-paced, high-growth company like Conduit Health.
- Analytics Engineering Expertise: Proficient in writing clean, performant SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in ETL and orchestration tools (e.g., Fivetran, DBT, Talend, Airflow) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
- Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR) and experience ensuring data compliance in a regulated environment, with familiarity in prescription-ordering platforms or pharmacy operations.
- Data Systems Building: Proven ability to design and implement low-latency analytical dashboards (e.g., using Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, or Looker) and robust data pipelines for large datasets (millions of records).
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Fivetran, and AWS services (e.g., Kinesis, Athena, Glue), with the ability to optimize or migrate infrastructure for scalability and performance.
- Strategic Mindset: A curious problem-solver who proactively shapes key business questions, translates complex data into actionable insights, and balances speed with depth to drive high-impact decisions.
- Ownership and Builder Mentality: A track record of designing clean, scalable data systems from scratch, taking end-to-end ownership, and becoming the go-to expert for data clarity and reliability.
- Communication & Collaboration: Highly articulate, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable takeaways for cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, and leadership, while fostering a data-first culture.
- Mission-Driven Passion: A deep commitment to Conduit Health’s mission of leveraging technology to improve healthcare access and patient outcomes, with a focus on transforming pharmacy services at scale.
