Network Expansion
Conduit Health
About Conduit Health
Conduit Health is transforming one of the hardest, most outdated corners of post-acute care — getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients’ homes.
We’ve built the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform that unites ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. We’re the easy button for one of the least-easy parts of managing a chronic condition.
We’ve raised $22M+ from leading venture firms and are scaling fast — building the team that will redefine how post-acute care gets done in the U.S.
The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial operator who wants to help build the blueprint for how Conduit works with health plans nationwide.
This is not a back-office contracting role — it’s a front-line, strategy-meets-execution position. You’ll work closely with our two founders and our existing payor development team to help shape our national plan relationships, unlock new reimbursement opportunities, and make Conduit an indispensable partner across Medicaid and Medicare markets.
You’ll need to be equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a meeting with a VP of Network Development, or a brainstorming session with product and ops leaders. If you’re someone who loves connecting dots between market dynamics, data, and human relationships — this is your playground.
What You’ll Do
- Build and Execute Strategy: Take ownership of Conduit’s health plan strategy — from identifying new opportunities to driving execution across multiple states and product lines.
- Drive Relationships: Become the go-to point of contact for major Medicaid and Medicare plans, representing Conduit with professionalism, curiosity, and confidence.
- Analyze and Prioritize Markets: Use data to uncover where we should focus next — combining volume potential, payor mix, and regulatory insight into actionable expansion plans.
- Close Deals That Matter: Support and lead negotiations that expand our network footprint, improve reimbursement structures, and strengthen our positioning with plans.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Operations, Finance, and Clinical leaders to ensure every new contract is set up for real-world success.
- Scale the Function: Build tools, frameworks, and repeatable processes that make payor development faster, smarter, and more transparent.
- Shape the Future: Work with leadership to define the national roadmap for Conduit’s payor relationships and long-term contracting model.
Who You Are
- High-Drive Strategist: You’ve spent 3–6 years in healthcare strategy, consulting, or network development — and you’re ready to take ownership in a fast-moving startup.
- Analytical + Curious: You think in systems, love making sense of complex data, and know that the best insights come from asking smart questions.
- Polished Communicator: You can hold your own with health plan executives while keeping internal teams aligned and energized.
- Builder Mentality: You’re not afraid of messy problems. You turn ambiguity into frameworks, and frameworks into action.
- Mission-Driven: You want to help fix healthcare by making access easier, not just more efficient.
Why This Role Is Special
- High Visibility: You’ll work directly with senior leadership, helping shape one of Conduit’s most strategic functions.
- Steep Learning Curve: You’ll learn how payor contracting, growth strategy, and product execution connect in the real world.
- Startup Energy, Real-World Scale: You’ll move fast, make decisions, and see your work ripple through the entire company.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with managed Medicaid or Medicare Advantage plans.
- Prior experience at a healthcare startup, payor, or Payvider.
The Details
- Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses
- Flexible hybrid setup (3 days in-office in Union Square, NYC)
- Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays
- Health, dental, and vision benefits
