In a nutshell, what will I do every day in this role?

Your experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Marketo, Bizible, and Salesforce (SFDC). As the Marketo admin, you will play a crucial role in managing our marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless execution of email campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting. Your expertise will help drive our marketing efforts and contribute to our overall growth strategy

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketo Administration:

  • Manage and maintain the Marketo platform, ensuring it is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create, execute, and monitor email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategies.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data management, lead scoring, and campaign reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the Marketo platform.

2. Campaign Management:

  • Set up and manage marketing campaigns in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaign strategies and objectives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

3. Social Media:

  • Assist in creating and managing content for social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube primarily).
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on marketing performance.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience with Marketo, Bizible, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and email marketing best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work North American hours.
