About the Role
Attentive is seeking a Paid Search Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing & Web Strategy, this role will be responsible for the strategic ownership, optimization, and performance of our paid search channels. You will lead cross-functional efforts to drive acquisition efficiency, support pipeline growth, and elevate how paid search contributes to our broader marketing strategy.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Lead strategy and execution across all paid search channels (Google, YouTube, Bing, Capterra, etc.) to drive efficient customer acquisition and quality pipeline growth
  • Demonstrated experience leading and scaling paid search campaigns in a B2B SaaS/Tech environment
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, UTMs, attribution modeling, and campaign measurement frameworks
  • Develop and own a paid search roadmap focused on cost efficiency, audience quality, and incremental growth
  • Define and evolve quarterly testing plans, run deep performance audits, and deliver optimization recommendations rooted in insights
  • Lead regular reporting and quarterly business reviews; distill complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to forecast budget needs, track CAC, and optimize ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Web, Design, and Content teams to align messaging and landing experiences with search intent
  • Champion a culture of testing and learning; use data to iterate and scale what’s working
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and industry changes that impact strategy

Your Expertise

  • 6-8+ years of professional experience working with paid search ad platforms such as Google, Youtube, Bing, Capterra, etc.
  • Independently leads projects with cross-functional stakeholders and regularly contributes strategic ideas to improve team impact
  • Effectively prioritizes workload, drives toward deadlines, and manages input from multiple teams
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail and a data-driven mindset; ensures outputs are accurate and insightful
  • Communicates proactively and effectively across levels and functions; surfaces blockers early and proposes solutions
  • A collaborative partner who contributes to team culture, shares learnings, and helps develop others
  • Deep platform expertise in Google Ads and experience managing performance programs for B2B SaaS
  • Proven success driving revenue and ROAS through scalable, high-performing paid search programs
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to lead root-cause analyses, spot performance trends, and inform channel and creative strategy
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker, Salesforce, or similar platforms to extract performance insights and build custom reporting dashboards
  • Experience with Google Display and Demand Gen campaign types to support upper-funnel and multi-touch acquisition efforts
  • Experience partnering with and managing paid media agencies to scale programs, ensure accountability, and operationalize feedback loops

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $74,000 - $93,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
