About the Role
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Attentive’s partnership strategy.The role will manage and grow a portfolio of technology (primary focus) and agency (secondary focus) partners across the EMEA region. This role focuses on driving joint go-to-market initiatives, revenue growth, and customer outcomes through mutually beneficial partnerships and alliances.
This role requires a proven ability to navigate executive-level relationships, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver high-value go-to-market motions that create measurable impact for both Attentive and our partners.
What You’ll Accomplish
Technology Partnerships (Primary focus)
Strategic Partner Development
- Develop and expand partnerships that support Attentive’s growth goals, align with product priorities, and drive customer outcomes.
- Build strong, multi-level relationships across partner sales, marketing, product, and executive teams.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for key strategic partners, ensuring long-term alignment and shared success.
Revenue Growth & Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define and execute joint GTM strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate co-selling opportunities, and unlock new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on joint messaging, sales playbooks, and integrated demand generation campaigns.
- Partner with Client Strategy to leverage alliance solutions that strengthen customer retention and expansion.
- Lead enablement initiatives across Attentive and partner teams to ensure consistent execution of joint value propositions.
Product & Engineering Alignment
- Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align roadmaps with strategic partner capabilities.
- Identify and prioritize new partner integration opportunities based on Attentive’s growth goals, product vision and VOC requirements
Agency Partnerships (Secondary focus)
- Define and execute joint GTM strategies that generate new revenue streams and expansion opportunities
- Enable agencies through training, joint planning, and ongoing engagement
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Client Strategy to embed agencies into key regional motions and activities
- Act as an internal advocate for partners and share insights, wins, and feedback
Your Expertise
- 6+ years experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development with strong technology partner focus
- Experience managing ISV or platform partnerships and executing joint GTM motions
- Working knowledge of agency business models
- Strong understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem
- Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
