About the Role
Attentive is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to join our growing Business Systems team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for NetSuite and related financial systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining data integrity, and enabling Finance teams to work efficiently.
You’ll manage system configurations, support users across departments, optimize workflows, and help implement enhancements that improve processes, automation, and reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and business processes.
What You'll Accomplish
- Serve as an administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuiteManage system configurations, user roles, permissions, and access controls
- Serve as an administrator for related financial systems such as Expensify, Anaplan, Bill.com
- Configure, test, and deploy customizations, workflows, and dashboards
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with NetSuite Support as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleanups, and documentation
- Support integrations between NetSuite and other business systems or applications
- Support end-to-end solutioning: design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite functionality and improvements to meet Finance needs
- Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and support projects to implement improvements within NetSuite financial modules
- Respond to incidents and requests in Jira, working with the business system team to balance priorities and risk as needed
- Triage bugs and incidents to address tasks such as item configuration, workflows, custom fields, custom records, dashboards, advanced templates, multibook entities, searches, reporting changes, and other administration duties
Your Expertise
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and related financial systems such as Expensify, Anaplan, and Bill.com
- Experience with providing ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite and related financial system applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Expertise with requirements gathering, process mapping, and system configuration
- Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical problem-solving skills; ability to handle competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to perform advanced data analysis and reconciliation in Excel/Gsheet
Nice to Haves
- Experience with supporting integrations between Netsuite and other business systems (for example Salesforce etc.)
- Experience writing SQL to query relational databases
- Experience with ZoneBilling, SuiteBilling, or Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) modules
- Exposure to integration tools like Boomi or Salesforce ERP connectivity

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $135,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
