The Role

As Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling Attention’s Agency and Technology Partner ecosystem. Your mission is to turn partnerships into a predictable, revenue-generating channel that supports customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term expansion.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with clear revenue accountability. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure partners are properly positioned, enabled, and activated across the customer journey.

Our current partner approach

We have decided to launch our partnership effort via Thomas, a part-time Head of Partnerships, to build the strategy and start generating traction with partners to then hire and coach a first partner manager to take over the relationships with the most valuable partners and bring his/her expertise and energy to develop the function.

Our current strategy is to focus on Agencies and Tech Partners. We have already initiated discussions with some partners that are quite excited with our product! We are starting to see our first pipeline emerge thanks to this ecosystem approach.

We are just scratching the surface with partners and we can exponentially grow this with the right strategy!

What You’ll Do

Partnership Strategy & Execution

  • Execute Attention’s partnerships strategy across agencies and technology partners.

  • Identify priority partner profiles and define clear engagement models.

  • Drive quarterly objectives and partner-related OKRs aligned with company goals.

  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.

Partner Acquisition & Activation

  • Source, qualify, and onboard new agency and tech partners.

  • Clearly articulate Attention’s value proposition and partner use cases.

  • Support partners through their first deals and implementations.

  • Build and manage a structured partner pipeline in CRM with regular forecasting and reporting.

  • Represent Attention at relevant industry events and conferences.

Partner Management & Enablement

  • Manage ongoing relationships with active partners through regular check-ins and deal reviews.

  • Track partner performance, engagement levels, and contribution to revenue.

  • Maintain accurate partner documentation (contracts, KPIs, tiering).

  • Contribute to the rollout of partner enablement assets (playbooks, trainings, newsletters, events).

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor partner activity and revenue impact.

  • Identify what works, what doesn’t, and continuously improve the partner motion.

  • Act as the voice of partners internally, surfacing insights and feedback to Sales, CS, and Product.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B tech, ideally in partnerships, alliances, or agency ecosystems.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Proven ability to execute with rigor, structure, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills in fast-paced environments.

  • High ownership mindset: you take responsibility for results, not just activities.

  • Curious, analytical, and proactive in solving problems.

  • High energy, resilience, and a clear desire to grow with the company.

As Partnerships Manager, you will directly impact pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and customer success by identifying the right partners, activating them effectively, and scaling what works.

You will operate close to Sales and Customer teams, with clear ownership on partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, execution quality, and program efficiency.
