Growth Engineer

We're looking for a founding growth engineer to join us at Attention.
At Attention, we're building AI agents and automations that take the busywork out of sales so teams can focus on selling. We're looking for a technical builder to serve as the backbone for our marketing and GTM teams - developing innovative automations and technical solutions that unlock new revenue channels. Most importantly, we hope you care about using engineering to overcome obstacles and scale processes as much as we do.
Act as a startup within a startup - Join a guerrilla growth team that operates with complete autonomy, shipping experiments in days. You'll build 0→1 solutions that don't exist yet, test (seemingly) wild ideas, and scale what works.
Ship lead-gen products that directly drive revenue - Build interactive tools, calculators, and micro-products that generate qualified pipeline. From ROI calculators to Chrome extensions to data enrichment tools, you'll create value-first experiences that attract our ideal customers and convert them into opportunities.
Build the technical backbone for rapid experimentation - Create the infrastructure that lets our marketing and sales teams test 10x more ideas than our competitors. From automated A/B testing frameworks to real-time attribution systems, you'll make it possible to launch, measure, and iterate at breakneck speed.
Own our growth tech stack end-to-end - Design and maintain ETL pipelines, lead routing systems, and integrations across Clay, Cargo, Snowflake, HubSpot, and Instantly. You'll be the go-to expert who connects our entire GTM ecosystem and makes data flow seamlessly between systems.
Turn chaos into systems - Take the messy, manual processes that are working in scrappy ways and transform them into scalable, automated solutions. You'll identify what's moving the needle, codify it, and build infrastructure that lets us do it 100x.
You might be a good fit if...
You have 3+ years in Software Engineering, Growth Engineering, Product Analytics, or Revenue Operations, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
You've worked hands-on with growth tech stacks, CRMs, and user data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, internal dashboards), including building automations and integrations
You have expertise in ingestion, enrichment, lifecycle flows, and real-time logic for user signals and growth experiments
You have advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or similar languages; experience building or maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
You've built with automation/integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Retool, Clay, n8n)
You're process-oriented with experience scaling systems for experimentation and growth
You can translate complex workflows to technical and non-technical partners alike
You like being in the office and collaborating in person (we're in-office 5 days a week in Noho)
You're able to proactively identify and fix bottlenecks before they become blockers
