Attention is building the next generation of voice-enabled sales assistants, using real-time conversation intelligence to train sales teams, optimize productivity, and maximize revenue generation.

Started in fall 2021 by repeat founders and engineers, Attention has now built a product with early signs of product-market-fit, active design partners, and we will be soon scaling up.

We’ve recently closed a seed round from some world-class VCs, and we’re looking to onboard a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. What you’ll do:

• Drive end-to-end design and implementation of product requirements including task break-down, delivery, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Consistently generate simple and elegant designs, and write high-quality code that can be easily understood and leveraged by others.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering to turn feature/product specs into reality.
• Influence the features and direction of the platform with your own ideas and proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Run the full software development lifecycle - problem definition, design, development, testing, demoing and supporting production use of the features you own.
• Balance immediate business objectives against long-term architectural vision.

What we look for:

• 5+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer.
• Passionate about Attention’s mission; the ability to empathize with our users and how they'll use our product.
• Prior experience building, launching and maintaining products at scale, both on the frontend and backend.
• A sense for small details to help us build beautiful products that our customers love to use.
• Enjoying working cross-functionally and collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Grit and adaptability; ability to thrive working with an early-stage team and navigating the unknown.
• Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Understanding our user; ie. the structure and needs of B2B sales teams is a great plus.

• Frontend: React, Tailwind, Next.js, REST & GraphQL.
• Backend: Go, Postgres, Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka, Redis, DigitalOcean.
