About the team

Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite twice a week, and remote employees onsite once a quarter.

What you’ll be doing

-- Manage and hire the Integrations team, which is responsible for connecting our customers to the data sources that give them the best insight into their own customers.
-- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software solutions.
-- Drive code review, QA, release, and continuous deployment processes.
-- Create, track, and manage our engineering team's metrics and KPIs.
-- Manage agile projects to improve the platform our product is built on.
-- Communicate technical and product decisions to the right people, resolve blocking issues, and keep our development machine humming.
-- Embody technical ownership and spread that through your team to deliver great features that everyone can be proud of.
-- Develop microservice-based architecture using object-oriented programming languages (especially Javascript and Python); server-side languages (including Node.js); and test RESTful interfaces.
-- Develop applications(APIs) using cloud technologies like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or related. And services like ElasticCache, Lambda, and Redis.
-- Test execution and dependency management with CI/CD tools, and conceptual understanding of version control systems such as Git.
-- Work in a global team and communicate effectively across technology and business stakeholders.
-- Engage in software development lifecycles through user engagement to elicit requirements and conversion of requirements design to technical solutions.
-- Triage and resolve support and/or maintenance issues with minimum disruption to the businesses.
-- Manage a team of 8 or more Engineers.
-- Work with and manage offshore software development teams.

Who we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 5 years of work experience as Senior Software Engineering Manager; Senior Engineering Manager; Senior Software Engineer Lead; Senior Software Engineer; and Software Developer.

Wage Range

$235,040 - $242,000/year
